Overhead Console

I was out scouting parts at a pull your own place and I found this in one of the hardtop cars. I have no use for it since mine is T-Tops, but does anyone want to trade? To keep this on topic, does someone have a picture of a complete unit? I am not sure what mine is missing, but it doesnt seem complete.

I have t-tops and have that console. I don't think there is a difference.

I have the same console in my 87 Z-28 with t-tops. I can see that you are missing the square flash light that fits in the rear of the console and the cover for the map light.

Yeah, theres a difference. As stated, the front of the console is curved differnetly than the t-top version. Couldn't tell if you were missing things besides the flashlight. What you will need for it though is the 4 mushroom shaped items that connect to the roof. Plus you will also need the wire harnes that connects to the front of of the original harness. That way you can splice it like they originally were. I have a post on here that shows the entire process. Let me see if i can find it.

I have the mushroom type bolts so that isn't an issue. What is that thing that is under the 2 consoles in the picture?

That's funny- I was just on eBay this morning and saw a T-top console that was missing some parts and in the description it said something about it being good for someone who bought the hardtop one and needed the T-top one. I'll see if I can find it again.

It's missing the flashlight too, but if you can't find someone to trade, it would get you closer to what you need.
