My hatch doesnt line up, the passenger side of the hatch doesnt come down all the way, sticks up a lil, but is really noticable. I completely removed the black rubber stopper to see if it would help, not at all. I seached most people had the problem of it sticking out not up.

PLEASE HELP! Its a 88 GTA with the pull down motor (maybe adjust this?) and it currently has the stock firebird spoiler instead of the aero.

Turn both black rubber **** thingies all the way down. Then adjust the pull-down motor until the center of the hatch is at the right height. Turn the rubber **** thingies back up until the hatch is snug on both sides, and tweak as necessary.
