I just changed out my steering column in a 1986 TA. My old steering column (which was busted up) had NO delay wipers or cruise control.

I purchased a steering column out of a junk yard and installed it. It has delay wipers and cruise control.

Do I need a different wiper motor for the delay wiper to work?

I know I need a cruise control module, but do I need anything else?

Also, the window rubber guard is rotted. Do I have to tear down the inside panel and take the window out to replace it? My doors are flooded with water because of this trim. I don't know what it's officially called, so sorry for any miscommunication.
