Do it yourself...rmove the plastic interior cover off the back, then unbolt the pulldown motor from the locking mechanism. Move the locking mechanism down to the poiint where it usually gets pulled down to, then with the assistance of a few screws, screw into place. Shut hatch, and voila! Power release still works, too...I did it when my motor gave out.
