Removing interior light???

How do you remove the interior light, the one attached to the t-top bar?
It seems to be riveted in or something....I dont really want to drill it out.

Pliers... just pulled it off. And then it usually slides back on.

If not you can never see it, so tape or whatever should work fine, not visible, not an eyesore.

the little washer looking things on the studs pull off

be careful or they will break

if they break take them the the hardware store, like ACE or somthing, and they should have replacements that will work.. they look slightly diffrent, but you cant see them anyway.. and work just as well.

I got them off, came off quite easily. I scracted some of the pain off on the inside of the light assembly, but its not a big deal.
Found using a fork works well.
