Im surprised the damange was miminal.
But I circled in yellow all the damange on the nose.
Also in the white what is that piece it has seemed up pop up more now.
Also my nose was already cracked so now it is cracked more.
Do you guys think I will encounter any problems putting in a new nose because of the impact?
It was at like 5-7 mph.

No need to buy a new from bumper at all.
I can't tell just HOW badly it's damaged. But any shop with a plastic welder can repair it. The front bumper on my Iroc-z was split in 3 spots on each parking lamp. They repaired it with the plastic welder and it looks mint & you'd never be able to tell, there are no waves or anything. Any 'serious' body shop has this equipment and should have the skill to repair it. It's quick work also so you shouldn't be paying much. I paid $125, repaired & painted.

Just slap a new nose on there.
