Hatch lock replacement
During my further inspection of my project, I noticed the hatch lock, wont unlock. So, is there an easy way to get to it without breaking stuff? I'd like to get in there so I can measure for my stereo install, lol. I'll dig out my pick set while I wait for an answer, lol. After I do get it open, I'll be installing a remote hatch release I think. I got a few in my shed from a parts scavange a few years ago, lol.

I took out the lock on my doors today. I removed the door panel and there was a little clip that held it in place.
I'd imagine its pretty close on the rear hatch.

Nope, no release.
But I did manage to get it open. The hatch light was out of the panel and i was able to get my hand in enough to reach the cable and pull it. So, I got it somewhat rigged to open now, from the inside only, but it opens lol. I'll be putting a release in real soon though.
