power lock buttons?

What is the difference between the years on the Camaro power door lock buttons?

I understand some are yellow, white..........

Any guess if either is better in terms of durability? Is the button itself basically the same? I need to replace mine.

in 1990 GM decided to "update" the look of the camaros interior.

it included new elec gauges, and everything that was written in white was written in yellow.

this includes the heater/AC controls, cruise control stem, gauges, door locks, everything.

personally i hate that. yellow reminds me of dirty/faded white. im slowly swapping to white once i get some decient BLACK face gauges....
