? one...Is it difficult to replace the gaskets in my t-top? I don't wanna screw up the damn things they cost too much.

?two....Who has installed the andys hinge repair? Can a novice complete the repair?

#1 Yeah, it can be done pretty easy. Get some Simple Green, WD-40, and some PB Blaster. You will also need some sort of plastic prytool. Best place to look is in the kitch drawers. Pretty cut and dry. Take off the old seals and put the new ones on. I'd also use some good clear silicone when re-installing.

#2 My oppinion on the Andy's hinge repair. I think we used a set of those on my buddys Firebird. I can;t be sure, but I think thats what we used. They were ok, took a little bit longer than I thought it should. I used some from http://www.top-downsolutions.com/default.php and they were excellent. I would highly recommend these if you haven;t already bought the Andy's.
