4th Gen BCM Question
Ok, I havent heard/found much of anything on this around here, so I dont figure I will get many responses. But instead of burrying it in the bottom of another post I'll start one for others to find.
I read a post that the BCM (Body Control Module) from the 96-02 4th gens will work for a keyless entry in our cars. so heres my question:
1) What else will I need if it doesnt have a harness with it, what if its just the BCM and Key FOB.
2) Can it control the Trunk
3) Can it blink the lights
4) Can it honk the horn.
I think thats it for now!

I've got a 95 dash in my car with almost all the wiring and little boxes. If I have that box, I'd like to get it working so I can have keyless entry.

On a 93-94 the BCM is located on the drivers side under the dash and is fastened to the top of the firewall. It is a silver box that looks like a TPI ecm. I hope this helps.
