What is a "rycer"??? And if its what I think it is, the question would be what were you doing behind Him??? A $200 lesson.

$200! Mine was $289 from a glass replacement place, $307 all together, I wish it was $200.

Outside of the local junkyard here they have a place that will replace your glass with that of a car from the yard for $65...I don't know if you have to pull it yourself and pay for it or if that is included with the $65. Still I imagine that pulling one from the yard and then paying $65 is cheaper than $200. You may want to check your local yard.

But for a novice I don't think that pulling a windshield yourself is all that easy. You need special tool and stuff, right?

Even my cut-rate insurance policy has windshield replacement coverage--did you check out your policy? I only wish my windshield was cracked like that so I can get it replaced! Its so pitted that its hard to see thru driving toward the sun...
