holes around bottom

i have an 82 trans am an i noticed some holes on the bottooms of the fenders. are these from ground effects originally on the car or some thing else? i would also some time like to find replacement ones if thats what they were for.

82's didnt have gfx. They had some kind of minor air deflector on the front of the fenders if I remember right.

Front pass is great ,front driver had a crack but thats fixed wit hthat flexible urathane repair stuf and the two back ones cracked off where the little 7mm bolts hold it to the wheel well (not visable unless ya look into the wheel well, nothing that really shows). Just need to drill a new hole back there (i could do that for you if you wish). For a price i have no idea what they are worth. Im just looking to get rid of em.
