You can buy a new dash cluster and have a shop dial it to your mileage on your odometer. They come in 115 MPH and up.

fbirds had the 85,120,140 speedos
since your dealing with an 84 T/A,your going to either have to get or make some overlays on my 84,i doubled the 85 to 160,with overlays,and got a 50% gear reducer from GM for the speedo cable,its as acurate as the 85 speedo was.
to go to the factory 120 or 140 units,your going to have to do some type of VSS setup,those are electronic.
