91/92 Firebird Ground Effects misaligned

91/92 Firebird Ground Effects misaligned
The piece on the passenger side fender isn't aligned properly on my car. Is there a way to fix that?

thanks, I'll check it out.
/edit: fixed it. thanks for your help. the bolts are pretty hard to get to if you don't jack the car up, but it still can be done.
