my seats all need to be redone. about how much should i expect to pay for them to get redone?

you can buy a complete do it yourself set off ebay for a couple hundred in pretty much any color, they're really not that hard to do with pretty good results and look stock.

Depends. You can buy the seat covers yourself from Hawks. If you install them yourself the cost ends there. But, if you want someone else to put them on for you, it will be more expensive.
