Will an 86' Camaro fender fit a 91'??

Will an 86' Camaro fender fit a 91'??

I heard it will fit the same except I will have to cut 2 slots on the bottom for my ground effects to attach. Is this true??

should fit fine except for the ground effects like you said

Yes, I have an older one on the drivers side of my car. All I had to do was cut two slits in the bottom front of the fender.
