Drivers seat sagging

It seems like my drivers seat tilts a tad towards the drivers side door, and now that I've looked at a few more I've noticed that it's a pretty common thing... What causes this?

No, mine has it the other direction..im told its the bracket for the back of the seat thats actually inside the seat is bent
