Fog light lense ?

Fog light lense ?
Is there a way to get the lense apart from the housing so I can flip it over?
Is it glued/epoxied?or just rusted
I bought a lamp assy off E-Bay,was advertised as Drivers side,It was delivered today,its a passenger side assy
i believe i can use the lens from that one in my old assy,thx

For what its worth,I soaked the outer edge and sprayed the inside with "PB Blaster" penetrating spray,let it soak for a few days,I could pry lens away from body without breaking it.
Now all I need to do is get some silicon Adheisive to re-assemble lens/housing,and I can use it on the correct side of car
