Yes they will

 

yes, all thirdgen and most fourthgen seats interchange.

 

Yes, any thirdgen and forthgen front and rear seats will fit perfectly in a 3rdgen.

THeres even a few other gm cars that you can swap the front seats out with.

Also if you do get a set for front seats that are powered, or non powered then you can re use your seat rails from your old seats to the new seats. The rails are interchangable on third and 4thgen's

 

Please PM if u know the company with the best interior replacement parts for a 92 RS. Carpet, all seats, need foam for at least fronts seats. Rear seat foam if not expensive. On a budget.
Headliner and visors. And door panels. And maybe interior screw and snap buttons..
Vendors please be happy to put together a set if u don't have one all ready.
Carpet does need console cut out for 5sp.
Also seat belts.

That would be max, been doing mechanical for last 6months but my son GM gave him some $$$.
Going from tan to black. Got the dashboard already.
Just pita to piece meal it together. I figured it wasn't gonna be cheap. I am repainting all the plastics.
I just need to spend more research on gathering the parts. Thanks for any suggestions anyone has. I just hate having to buy from 10 different companies lol.
I have seen headliner/Visors combos. I am just trying to get one shipment lol. Yearone lady was a bitch. Spent close to 5k in the last few years and was told we don't do kits or combo packages then hung up on me.

Look up lethalinteriors.com for seats and door panels. I believe all the foam is made by one company. I just found the cheapest ones I could on ebay. Front foam was most expensive when I did mine.
