inspection...
Can a car be inspected...and pass...with a donut tire on it? I need one done tomorrow and if not...i'll have to swap some tires around.....

Donuts are only guaranteed to last about 30 miles. They are made to be used to get you home, so you can put a new tire on the good wheel. So no, it will not pass inspection with a donut.
