Is the front end for a 3rd gen firebirds/trans ams interchangable? If not, which ones will fit on my car and which ones wont. I have a 86 trans am with a front end that I always run into everything with, curbs, parking bumpers, etc.; I have seen some different front ends that dont go down so far. So would all of them work or would I have to be picky about it?

 

any will fit, however 91-92 you will need absorber bar and front lower gfx off the fenders for it to line up.

85-90 trans am should be the same as what you have
82-84 is different will fit but won't look right with your ground effects.
85-90 non trans ams have no gfx and the front bumper doesn't have the foglight area. it will fit but will not line up with your gfxs
