broken stud (need help please)!!!!!!!!!

seems i broke a stud/bolt off my car how can i get it off out???? The bolt/stud is what holds my break caliper to my car....any ideas has anyone done this before also.....
i had put penetrating fluid on them and when i was taking it off it snaped the hex head right off it clean....sence the treads are about an inch long and they are holding my brakes on i dont wanna reck the threads drilling it out cause its so deep.
anyhow has anyone broken this same stud/guide too what did you do???

If you are talking about the caliper bolt that threads into the spindle, you could try getting some vise grips on the other end of it (the smooth end that the caliper slides on) and seeing if you could loosen it.. That combined with some PB Blaster or other equivalent thread penetrant might do the trick..
