Will '89 110 Instrument Cluster Work in an '86?

Axle/Gears: 4.10 GM 7.5 10-bolt
Will '89 110 Instrument Cluster Work in an '86?
I searched for hours but couln't find the answer. If everything is the same except for the '86's 85mph speedo vs. the '89's 110 speedo, can they be interchanged? Thanks.
