Question about painting the front end

do i have to replace the front bumper when i go to get my car repainted ?
there is two cracks across on the bumper that i have circled in blue
if so where can i get one and will it fit right again like the one on there or will it be off a tiny bit

btw is it better just to buy new ground effects and paint them then replace the old ones? i want to repaint the whole car red im not to fond of the grey trim

sorry for such a long post heh

Depending on how bad the cracks are and their depth you should be able to save your bumper cover. 3M makes an epoxy repair kit for cases just like this. I've used it to save plastic pieces that were damaged pretty bad. I've never had any of the repairs pop out or show.
