i was at a shop today and seen for the first time a aftermarket power lock for car that dont have power locks. its so when u push a button locks will unlock.
there is like and an arm that pushes open hitting rod makeing the lock open. but it will not auto lock. i am really thinking about doing this does anyone have something like this? how are they over time? how do are doors take to them?

no its just unlocks it with a button...u no walking to car push button locks unlock even though u dont have power locks.
plus very cheap..also i think to convert to power locks would be alot harder and add alot more weight, then u would have to go out and get that press button lock open thing and install it(dont no name sry lol)

YA thats the name lol...the dude showed me> its just a rod the connect to your door lock rods and pushes out causeing door lock to open. its the same size and amost looks just like the thing on the end of a phone car charger that goes in lighter. it will only run me like 150$ but i am wondering how those things hold up so if anyone has one in there thidgen or knows about them let me.
