Door Hinge Repair
I want to replace my door hinges so my door don't sag, the problem is that i went to the top down solutions website and it seems like it's a much more expensive problem than i thought. i read in high performance ponitac that all you need is new bushings, and mabye the 2 bolts, it seems like the TDS kit has alot of extra parts that i don't want to pay for.
Anyone fix this problem cheaply?

...Depends on the problem
Hi Formula:
I wrote the story in HPP. The crux of the issue is if your top hinge is bad, it is a rivetted design, and is a true bastard.
The top hinge is about twice the diameter of the bottom hinge, and is not designed to be serviced. The bottom hinge takes most of the abuse, and has the spring detent built into it, which just makes them wear more quickly. Follow the instructions and see if the top hinge is worn. Mine were fine.
Any dealer or even Autozone, Pep boys, etc has the bottom bushings and pins in the "help" section. It shouldn't cost more than about $15.
let me know if you have problems
