window motors

I bought my iroc last summer and its a fantastic car but something has to be done about the window motors. If i would have my car out in the sun too long the motors would get heat soaked and stop working where i would then have to park my car in the shade and wait so i could get my window to go back up.

I know this is a result of most likely 14 y/o window motors but the stock window motors suck anyways the windows come up and down reeeeally slowly. Has anyone found a way either using a different motor or what have you to make our windows go up and down faster? Or am i pretty much on my own in terms of coming up with a custom solution rather then just replacing the stock motors with the same thing
