Window regulator off of track?
A couple days ago I bought a 1991 Firebird base with T-tops. The passenger side window didn't roll down, so I bought a new window motor and when I went to put it in I discovered that the motor in it was fine but that the mechanism it was attached to wasn't mounted to anything. Also, it looked the mechanism has wheels on it that are supposed to go into tracks in the door but have fallen out. Can I still use this regulator or do I have to get a new one? Is there an easy way to fix this?

I accidentally posted the same thing twice because I thought one went away before I posted it. Sorry about that.

[Do you still have the window regulator? I also have the 91 Firebird base but it is my drivers side window that fell down inside door. I don't know how specific they are to year and model but auto glass place couldn't find one. Thanks QUOTE=dbrochard;6039730]If you need the regulator I have one[/QUOTE]
