Goes at the two-prong connection on the A/C compressor at about 2 o'clock position in the pic.

Later design R4 compressors used a sealed style connector. It may be clocked differently, depending on application. So yours may not be a match for your wiring connector, and it may not be located where expected. Still, there should be a 2-terminal connector on the compressor.
