Will my horn still work with a momo wheel???

Contemplating the MOMO Millenium wheel and was just wondering if the nice looking horn button is actually functional or if its just for looks. I would hate to think that I would lose use of my horn.... Thanks fellas

Its gotta be functional to be street legal. The safety check part of emissions requires the horn to work.

that reminds me, mine horn don't work, "custom streering wheel

" can i just wire it up to a switch to be whats called " street legal" even if its not on the streering wheel it self... but its functional?
