How hard is it to change the t-top center bar?

How hard is it to change the t-top center bar?
My center bar was damaged by hail, how hard is it to remove and replace? The part I'm worried about is the t-top weatherstripping, do I have to do anything special like glue it back together or can I just unbolt it and bolt the new one back in?

I just did it....good luck getting the weathrstripping out in one piece...I started all careful prying gently and working it up, then all the sudden RIIIPPPPPPP. Then a lovely array of cussing was heard by the neighbor.
