Aftermarket Steering Wheel
I have a 1990 Iroc with the airbag steering wheel. The wheel is in really bad condition now, and was wondering if I could swap it out for just a normal like racing aftermarket steering wheel. Is this possible? Can i just delete the air bag per se, or do I have to get a new steering wheel with an airbag. Also, what aftermarket steering wheels will fit? Thanks a lot guys.

Although you can generally replace your factory wheel with another one, it is generally illegal to remove or disable any safety feature that the vehicle came with and keep it street legal.
So although technically the answer is "yes" the legal answer is likley "no". Check the laws in your area however. I know in Texas you are not allowed to do that.

If you are looking for a aftermarket steering wheels, they won't tell you they have a kti available for your car, being an airbag and all. Just tell them you have a '89 Camaro and all will be fine. I was gonna do that also, but since my wheel isn't in bad condition I think I will keep it.

i think some people have used 4 gen steering wheels with air bags. i wanted to do that with my steering wheel becouse my steering wheels with air bags make it so hard to use the horn. but i dont know if the air bag wires up to the the same way.

I don't know if the air bag system is compatible. However even if it wires up correctly I doubt anyone's ever tested it in operation.
