painting entire car a diff color......

I am hoping to change my current car color from maroon to a copper/orange color.

I will have the entire car stripped of just about everything but suspension and the dashboard...

Any idea how expensive the process will cost? I basically hope to bring the shell to the painter and let them prep the body, sand, whatever.

Any ideas what to look for in terms of looking for a shop?

if you're gonna strip everything yourself, you'll save yourself a lot of money. as for how much it's gonna cost, there's too much variables to give an accurate quote. the best way is to just get quotes from local shops. i'd say the best thing to look for in a shop is reputation. ask people in your area, and when you check out a shop, ask to see some customers cars.
