What should be done about this?

Hey, i took off my rear bumper today and the underside of the metal rail is rotted out. What should I do? Is it worth to drill out the spot welds and patch it with one from a J/Y? Or.. is their a better aproach? Look below for images:

Yep, that's your bumper that is rotten. Most are, as water and slop tends to collect back there. Just look for a good solid one, paint and install.

The Paddock sells new ones for $75 I think. I'm getting one soon... as whenever I bang on the rear bumper cover it sounds like a maraca and tons of rot falls out
