Block sander?

What exactly does a block sander look like? I want to make sure I buy the right sander when I go to the store. I have a DA sander but that isn't really helping me get the pannel straight and flat. What does the sander I should be using look like?

Its basically just a flat block, usually half in thick and maybe about 3x4. The bottom sometimes has a thin layer of foam on it.

On the top theres a handle with 1 screw in the center, and you wrap the sand paper around the bottom and stick it in underneath the handle. Then once you pull it tight, you tighten up the screw.
