Oops, scratchs in the plastics after painting

Well my interior plastics are all but shot with scartchs, scuffs, etc that won't come out with anything. So I sanded it and sprayed it with krylon fusion. Problem is I used to rough of a sand paper and now you can see the scratchs. Fortunatly I only did the back piece like this. Any ideas for fixing it? I was thinking I would probably have to strip it and use a finer paper, but what can I use to safley strip a plastic? Or should I just be looking for another piece?

I guess basically is there any stripper that will saftley remove fusion from plastic?

Maybe wet-sand the paint with finer paper and spray it again? Don't see what that wouldn't work.
