nothing major. want chrome tips and better wheels on it. lower the front about 1.5inch. just want 2 see how others look.

i like i like. i have 16x8s. the chrome is chipping. how can i fix or treat it?

If they are chromed, they will have to be re-chromed. There is a guy over in Sterling that I took a motorcycle fender to once. He charged me $15.00. It won't be as bad as you think to repair it. Just try to find a shop localy so you don't have to pay for shipping.

If they are plastic coated there are several places that will restore your wheels but it is expencive. Do a search on lycos or yahoo etc. for "Aluminum Wheel Restoration". I found that the cheapest I could get my factory Aluminum WS-6 wheels (plastic coated no chrome) restored for was $175.00 ea.

I am taking mine to Colona IL this weekend to have them "Dry Stripped" for $15.00 ea. then I have an aluminum wheel paint kit that I got from Autozone for like $20.00. They will not be original, but they will look very nice. I have seen the finished product on a friend's car. You have to have the wheels dry stripped or bead blasted to get the best results.
