Ok, I'm thinking about buying an '86 Z28 and putting it in the body shop this summer while I'm away at basic training. I would like to get a different hood for it before it gets painted. But I know later on I would like Mini-blower so... My question is what hoods clear them with no problems?

 

from what I hear you MIGHT be able to get away with a 3" cowl ( but thats pushing it) so go with a 4"cowl hood

 

Cool, what about the SS hoods and ect.?

 

I doubt they would fit. Not enough clearance.
