What's the amperage of a stock 1992 Rs 305 5 speed

After hooking up a 350 watt amp and two 10 inch subs, my battery drained and my alternator seems to be dead after running some test. So I have two questions.

1. What was the amperage on a stock 92 Rs alternator?

2. And if I go to pick n pull will a alternator from another GM vehicle with more amps bolt on? (Tahoe, gmc etc..)

The alternator that our cars have is a CS130 alternator. GM used these alternators on lots of late 80s and 90's vehicles BUT, they will not interchange because the housings are different. The mounting tabs or ears are in different positions. Sometimes you can remove your case and swap out the innards of another CS130 and voila. There are higher output options available with my experience being that the power master high output is a good choice. Lasted me many years before I sold it for a different setup. A good shape battery, alternator and upgraded charging and ground cable should easily handle a 350 watt Max amp. My advice would be purchase a lifetime warranty alternator from a nearby auto parts store and a new battery. Hotheaded the wires and that should do 350 watt well.
