tilt steering pin remover

i don't got one of these tools and can't find it anywhere. any one got any other ways of removing the pins? How does that tool work any way?

Transmission: The kind that shifts....
Vader has a diagram of how to make a tool to pull the pin out. You may have to take a trip to the hardware store.

I don't remember the exact sizes but do a search for a loose tilt column and run through the posts. You'll see the diagram.
