Firebird nose swap

My 89 firebird has some body damage near the front, and I am considering replacing the nose section. It currently has the stock piece with the two black bumper pieces. I was wondering if this style nose (attached pic) would be a bolt-on or how much modification it would take.

Thanks!

I have been told that you need the absorbtion bar thing, inpact bar whatever its called. Otherwise you have to cut yours up for the bumper to fit on, fenders should be ok, ground effects may cause you issues though.

Everything from the radiator support forward is different except for the panel where the latch locks into. The nose, absorber, supports, headlights, lower air dam, etc. are different. I was looking into this same swap when I was getting my bird repaired and the price was a bit too much for me.
