Filling Side Molding Holes

I have the alluminum type side moldings that are rivited to the car. I filled the holes that were on the fender easily since I had access behind them. How would I go about filling the holes on the quarter panels? I dont think I can access them from the behind. The holes are pretty small. I dont have access to a welder. Im using fiberglass. Any help is appreciated.

You can gain access to that area by removing the sail panel and the speaker and speaeker plate. I think you'd be ok with just using some filler though. That's what i used on the doors. I've only been driving the car a few months now but no sign of them falling out or anything yet.
