Trans Am headlight conversions
I was thinking of getting some early 4th gen head lights and installing them where my front parking lights are so I can keep my fold up lights down, I have seen a few moded on these forums and I like the end result so if anyone has pic slike this or any other type of headlight conversion lets see it, I need ideas.

Are you talking about just the 4x6 regular headlight bulbs? Hrmm... That might work--would be a bit low though.
Why not just pick up a bulb first and see if it fits in the hole without much cutting. I haven't messed with that style bumper in years so I don't know how big it is.
I remember years ago on eBay I saw a 85-90 TA done up as a saltflat car. Huge engine, high gearing, might have even been fiberglassed front end I can't remember. Anyways, the guy had chop a larger section out of the front foglight holes and mount a 2 or 3 million candlepower bulb up there on each side. Looked clean from what I can remember.
What you'll have to find out is if the bulb mounting brackets and such will mount to the actual metal bumper bar (so you can adjust headlight height, and aim) while staying behind the bumper cover.

The headlights are in the headlight spot, but I do not think they open when the lights are on.
