For anyone that cares, it changes to green. Even with the white (not blue) LED 194 bulbs.

I already knew, but I noticed no one had really posted pics. Heres just an example. Was playing around with lighting tonight while putting the interior back together.

 

I actually installed the 4 bulb red leds in my 91 z28 dash, and shift plate and they glow red. They are not as bright as if the plastic was clear but at least the color is red and that is what I wanted.

At night it doesnt bother me. But of course during the day, when no lights are on, the yellow is just so annoying.

 

I know what you mean. They look so much better at night, but no different during the day. I wish the gauges in my camaro were like the ones in my wifes vibe. They have a nice red glow during the daytime which just gets brighter at night.
