Upper interior door sill removal

I am trying to get the window motor out and replace it. What tool should I be using to remove the interior door panel upper sill? I loosened the bottom part of the door panel which just pops out, but the upper sill has three plastic clips I can not reach. What should I use guys?

Roll the window down, then starting at the rear, push in on the plastic piece and pull up at the same time. Once you free one of the retainers, you'll get the idea; the operation is pretty simple. No tool required. Be sure to clean and lube all locks and tracks while you're in the door. Check the following thread for other door-related ideas:

It's easier with the window down, but you should still be able to remove the piece in question as I suggest.
