Has anyone tried to repair a damaged front spoiler? Mine has a rip and I was wondering if anyone has done anything to repair theirs. Can you use any type of filler? I know it is kind of flexible so I'm not sure how the repair would go. If anyone has any information on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I had to repair mine before I put them on my car. This is going to sound weird, but it's been over a year and you can't tell buy looking at them that there was ever any damage.
I used 5 minute (2 part) epoxy, then took fusing tape (used in sewing, it's a fiber type material; strong & has an adhesive in it) and laid it on top of the still wet epoxy. The epoxy is absorbed into the tape. Used on both sides of repair. Double on back side & single layer in front. It can be sanded too.
I also had a gouge on the front spoiler. I used Bondo brand 'Plastic Metal' as a filler. Thin layers, dries pretty fast & can be sanded.

NEVER...EVER use BONDO as a repair for plastic parts, It is not compatible with urethane repairs!!!!
(Unless, of course, you would like to re-do the repair again in a few months/years.)

It's not Bondo, I said it's 'Bondo brand'. The stuff comes in a orange tube (like the spot putty). It's called "Plastic Metal'. I used it on my front spoiler over a year ago and hasn't cracked. I'll post pic's when I get home from work.

Use the 3M Urethane repair kit... works like a charm !!

Hmm, mine is very ripped, from the top to about 1" from the bottom... almost clear off!

How strong is whatever repair I should do? Is it saveable?

Anybody know where you can get that 3M urethane repair kit? If so, about how much would it cost?

It's approx. 30- 35.00 bucks a kit...
