Ground effects?

I am parting out a '91 RS and am wondering how the ground effects strips come off of the doors? It looks like rivets are holding them on, just drill those out? I have pulled apart a lot of '82 - '84 Z28's and '85 - '90 style, but this is the first time I have worked on the '91 - '92 style.

There are some bolts under the car along the whole rocker panel and also on the inside of the doors...you'll have to remove the door panels to get to those.
