Never had a bent door before

I had been wondering where the rain and wind noise was coming in from. I cant believe I had never seen it

I guess the car came this way when I bought it. Any idea how much something like this should be to fix? Need me to take more pics of it?

easiest fix in the world, go down to a pull it yard and buy a new blue door, slap it on and call it a day(or get repainted if needed)

No actually I dont want to be trailortrash and do it BillyBob style. Would rather have it professionally done.

Jeez, How the hell did you do that?
Back into somethin' with the door partially open?
From the photos I'd agree that you'd need a door, I'd like to see the inner though, Poss to repair the shell, and replace the skin...
Looks pretty hammered.

I didnt do it - bought it that way. Never noticed it until now. Ill take pics of the inner piece later today.

And there are no junkyards that have ANY thirdgen parts. Everything that I need has to be ordered every single time. Thats why I was hoping something like this could be repaired.

I just hope that they can match the paint. I guess they can practice on the old door.

They'll need to blend both adjacent panels

I guess I'm missing something with the 1st picture, because I couldn't see a problem. From the angle of the 2nd picture it looks to me like someone caught the mirror on something while backing up. I guess the object in the mirror was closer than it appeared.

baha

It has leaked air since I bought it, but not water.
I used to park in the college parking lot. I guarantee someone was walking inbetween cars and smashed it. Too bad 3rd gens dont have collapsing side views like almost ALL other cars do.

I agree.
Plus asking questions here "keeps the forum alive". Otherwise it would just be a big database of postings with no one striking conversation.

Had a body shop friend look at it. Im a total tard and I dont know why I didnt think of it - but my car had gotten broke into twice in the last year. The second time the passenger door was wide open with wires hanging out.
We looked a little further and found some scraped spots inside, and from the position of the dent, we came to the conclusion that when the car was being broke into they used something a little more than just a slim jim to unlock the door, and thats what did the bending.

Contact a local paintless dent removal guy and see if they can fix it. It's ard to tell based on the pictures, but some guys out there are very good and work miracles with metal.
