How do i get the front plate off????

How do i get the front plate off????
Ok i know how to take the plate itself off , but what about the black bracket thing that holds it on......Camaro with Rs grill by the way

Axle/Gears: 02 WS6 Rear w/3:42
on the plate you should see the screws that hold it to the bracket. Mine had 2 screws holding it but there could be 4. Once you get the plate off the bracket is held on by 3 or 4 hex type screws.
