My 86 Firebird has a T-bar roof, and I'm taking the headliner out. I can't seem to get the center part, (where the map and dome lights are) un-clipped. There's got to be someone out there that has had this problem before! How does this come off????

 

I used a needle nose pliers to get those locking nuts or washers whatever they are called off.
